Celebrating over 35 years in the entertainment business, Roger is a two-time recipient of The Hollywood Make-Up Artists and Hairstylist Guild Award, as well as a four-time Main Stage Speaker
at the International Beauty Show. Roger has lectured about Makeup and Hair at Universities and Symposiums around the country and has been an educator at L Makeup Institute in Las Vegas
Roger has been responsible for creating makeup, hair & wigs for commercials, industrials, videos, film, fashion shows and live theatrical stage productions including: David Foster and Friends, Disney's Beauty and the Beast and The Lion King, Rent, The King & I, The Mel Brooks Musical The Producers, as well as numerous Radio City Music Hall's Christmas Spectaculars.
In 2003 Roger joined Cirque Du Soleil to supervise the makeup and hair department for Zumanity which celebrated a 17 year run and over 7900 performances. Through his work with Cirque, Roger designed over 250 Artists on Cirque Du Soleils Original 2013: One Night For One Drop and once again designed the makeup and hair for One Night For One Drop 2017 has had the pleasure to work on many special events and publicity projects for other Cirque Productions including: Criss Angel Believe, Iris, Ka, Love, Mystere, O and James Cameron and Cirque Du Soleil's feature film Worlds Away 3D.
